If your item(s) turn up faulty or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receipt.
Please note: returns cannot be accepted if the goods have been torn, damaged or tampered with. We ask you to take care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that you may inspect the goods but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained.

If the unit is being used outside check that rechargeable batteries are being used and the unit is in direct sunlight tol keep the unit charged. If it is being used inside you will need to use standard alkaline batteries and replace once they run out. If you are still experiencing problems please email or call us for further assistance.
With this model you will need to attach your television to the bracket whilst it is mounted on the wall and then adjust the spring tension. Reason being that the gas spring is made to hold a large amount of weight so it needs to be anchored before adjusting.
You should find that with the weight of the TV, turning the allen key toward the minus symbol (clockwise) will reduce tension, which will eventually release the spring and the TV will slowly drop to desired height.Then simply turn the allen key back the other way (anti-clockwise) to set in place.
